Minced Ham Pinwheel Sandwiches

  Ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mustard corn relish/11/2 cups sweet mustard pickles with sauce, finely ground 12 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweet cooked salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sandwich bread loaf 96 Ounce
  Soft butter 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Gherkins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Use the fine blade of the food chopper to grind the ham and grind the corn relish or sweet mustard pickles through at the same time.
Combine ham mixture, mayonnaise and sweet cooked salad dressing using just enough of the salad dressing to make the mixture moist but not wet.
Cut the crusts from the sandwich loaves and cut each loaf into 7 thin slices lengthwise.
Butter these slices, using the 2 cups butter.
Spread each slice evenly with about 1/4 cup of the ham filling.
Put a row of olives or gherkins across the end of each slice and roll them up like a jelly roll.
Wrap sandwich rolls individually in transparent wrap and chill well.
Cut each roll into 6 sandwiches shortly before serving time. (Makes 168 pin-wheel sandwiches.)
