Tuna Western Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tuna 1 Ounce
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Buttered toast 8
Directions

Beat eggs and milk together.
Stir in tuna, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Heat butter in heavy skillet.
Add egg mixture and cook over moderate heat until brown.
Cut in 4 pieces and turn to brown second side.
Put each part of egg mixture between 2 slices of toast and serve immediately.
