Raw Apple And Flax Seeds Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
  Apples 2 (Raw)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Flax seeds 4 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lettuce 1 Tablespoon
  Carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded cabbage 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel the apples, grate them.
Put the apples in a blender.
Add olive oil, flax seeds, and water.
Blend them until smooth.
Spread evenly the apple mixture on a dehydrator.
Let it dry to make crust.
Slice the crust.
Make sandwich by placing lettuce, carrot and cabbage between 2 apple crusts.

what are the measurements of the ingredients used to make the bread, it doesn't say and can the bread be baked instead? Thanks

2 apples, grated + 1/2 cup olive oil + 1 cup flax seeds + 1/4 th cup water (or more to get the consistency) Handful of the shredded veggies to make sandwiches . No they cannot be baked.
