Brown Derby Sandwiches
|Fat free mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Roasted red pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped (Drained)|
|Chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|White bread slices||8 (Crusts Removed)|
|Whole wheat bread slices||4 (Crusts Removed)|
|97% fat free cooked ham thin slices||8 , folded in half (Alpine Lace® Deli)|
|Reduced fat reduced sodium american cheese product slices||8 , reduced (Alpine Lace® Deli)|
|Fat free turkey breast thin slices||12 , folded in half (Alpine Lace® Deli)|
|Turkey bacon slices||6 , halved crosswise (Cooked, Drained)|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, thinly sliced (2 Cups)|
Combine all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Toast bread slices. Spread about 1 tablespoon dressing on 1 side of each toasted white bread slice and both sides of toasted whole wheat bread slices.
For each sandwich, layer 1 slice white toast, dressing-side up, with 2 slices ham, 2 slices cheese and 1 lettuce leaf. Place 1 slice whole wheat toast on top of lettuce; top with 3 slices turkey, 3 half slices bacon and 1/4 tomato slices.
