Gingered Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Minced crystallized ginger 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth.
Stir in ginger.
Cut bread into fourteen 1/4-inch slices.

Spread cream cheese mixture on half the bread slices; top with remaining bread.
Chill well.
Cut each sandwich into quarters.
Use additional cream cheese to make rosette garnishes, if desired.
