Ingredients
  Bacon strips 4
  Bread 1 Pound, cut into half lengthwise (monster bread)
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Provolone cheese 50 Gram (5 slices)
  Roasted beef 100 Gram
  Salami 50 Gram (6-8 slices)
  Cracked black pepper turkey breast 50 Gram (6-7 slices)
  Pepperoni 50 Gram (6-7 slices)
  Ham 30 Gram (6-7 slices)
  Chicken 30 Gram, sliced
  Mozarella cheese 20 Gram, grated
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 , sliced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Medium, sliced
  Mayo 1 Tablespoon
  Vinaigrette 1 Teaspoon (raspberry poppy seed vinaigrette)
  Sweet honey catalina dressing 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
Directions

MAKING
1. Cook bacon strips on the grill.
2. Cut bread into half lengthwise. Drizzle, and spread olive oil on it.
3. Lay cheese slice, and beef on one bread slice.
4. Place salami, and turkey breast slices on top.
5. Add pepperoni, ham, and chicken on bread slice.
6. Sprinkle cheese, and place bacon strips on it.
7. Place both bread slices on grill to toast.
8. Remove from grill, and top it with tomato and pepper slices.
9. Sprinkle mayo, vinaigrette, and sweet honey Catalina dressing on top.
10. Spread shredded lettuce and cover it with the other slice.

SERVING
11. Cut and serve the sandwich with tomato sauce.
