Meat Ball Parm Hero

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, minced
  Egg 2
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Provolone cheese 100 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, put the minced garlic, black pepper, basil, red pepper and bread crumbs and give it a good mix.
2.Now to the same bowl, add the minced meat, some seasoned bread crumbs and crack two eggs in it.
3.Use your hands to make a good consistency of the mixture and then roll them up to prepare the meat balls.
4.In a frying pan, pour olive oil on medium heat and gently place the meat balls one after another inside the pan and put a cover on it.
5.In 5 minutes flip the meat balls over and season them with little bit of salt and garlic powder.
6.Meanwhile open up the bread, place the provolone cheese inside and let it toast for 2 minutes.
7.Place the meat balls over the melted provolone cheese.

SERVING
8.You can top it up with some extra cheese or veggies of your choice before serving.
