Packing the School Lunch Box

Ingredients
For sandwich
  Whole wheat bread slice 2
  Sharp cheese 10 Gram (1 sandwich slice)
  Pretzel sticks 3 Small
For sandwich dipper
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Spicy brown mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 3⁄4 Teaspoon
For cinnamon apples
  Apple 1 , slice
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For berry medley parfait
  Plain yogurt 100 Gram
  Berry medley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cereal 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (nutty nut cereal)
Directions

MAKING
1. For sandwich, place cheese between bread slices.
2. Use a mini cookie cutter, and cut bread into shapes.
3. Pack it with mini pretzel sticks, and set it aside.
4. For sandwich dipper, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, brown mustard, and honey. Mix well.
5. For cinnamoned apples, in a zip lock pack, put apple slices. Drop cinnamon in it. Shake to coat well. Set aside.
6. For berry medley parfait, in a separate bowl combine yogurt, berry, and brown sugar. Mix to combine.

SERVING
7. Pack your child’s lunch box with sandwich, dipper, cinnamoned apples, and parfait.
