Ingredients
  White bread slices 2 Medium
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Medium, chopped
  Tomato 1⁄4 Medium, chopped
  Lettuce 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Spinach 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ranch dressing/Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Guacamole 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. On a bread slice scatter green bell pepper, tomato, lettuce and spinach.
2. Squeeze over ranch dressing, sour cream or mayonnaise and ketchup and top with the other bread slice.

SERVING
3. Pack as a lunch snack or serve as snack.
