Cajun Tilapia Po'Boy Sandwich With Spicy Bacon Remoulad Sauce

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For the coleslaw)
  Carrot 1 Medium (For the coleslaw)
  Onion 1 Medium (For the coleslaw)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 cup for the coleslaw + 1/2 cup for the Remoulad sauce)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon (For the coleslaw)
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon (For the coleslaw)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced (For the coleslaw)
  Horseradish sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Garlic clove 1 (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Bacon 2 Teaspoon (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Cajun seasoning 2 Tablespoon (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Cayenne 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Relish 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (To taste, For the Remoulad sauce and the Coleslaw)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon (To taste, For the Remoulad sauce and the coleslaw)
  Habanero sauce 1 Pinch (For the Remoulad sauce)
  Baguette 1 Medium, toasted
  Fish fillets 2 , cooked
Directions

MAKING
1. For the Coleslaw: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and mix till it emulsifies.
2. Add the juice of half a lemon and mix.
3. Add the cabbage, carrots and onions and mix well.
4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix.
5. For the Remoulad sauce: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, garlic, mustard, bacon, cajun seasoning, cayenne and paprika and whisk.
6. Add relish, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, Habanero sauce and mix.

FINALIZING
7. Slice and toast the baguette and top one of the slices with the breaded and fried Tilapia.
8. Slather Remoulad sauce on the other half.
9. Spoon the coleslaw on the Tilapia fillet
10.Top with the Remoulad sauce slathered slice of bread and plate it.

SERVING
11. Serve the Po'Boy sandwich right away.
