Party Sandwich Loaf
|Hard cooked eggs||4|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Italian bread loaf||1 Small|
|Softened butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced stuffed olives||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix eggs, curry powder and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Combine ham and celery; moisten with additional mayonnaise.
Blend avocados and French dressing.
Cut bread into 4 slices; spread each slice with butter.
Spread bottom slice with ham mixture; top with second slice bread.
Spread with egg mix- ture; cover with tomatoes.
Top with third slice; spread with avocado mixture.
Replace top bread slice.
Cream cheese; stir in cream until fluffy and of spreading consistency.
Beat until smooth; frost loaf.
Garnish with olives and parsley; cut in wedges to serve.
