1. Cut the mango into medium-size chunks, place in a bowl. Add yogurt to the mangoes.
2. Season with curry powder and mix them well. Stir in the chicken.
3. Take the bread slices and add some spinach leaves.
4. Add the chicken mix and cover another bread slice.
