Chicken Mango Sandwich

Barry makes a yummy sub for lunchtimes... includes some football footage.
Ingredients
  Curry powder 1 Dash
  Sub roll 2
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Mango 1
  Spinach 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 50 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut the mango into medium-size chunks, place in a bowl. Add yogurt to the mangoes.
2. Season with curry powder and mix them well. Stir in the chicken.
3. Take the bread slices and add some spinach leaves.
4. Add the chicken mix and cover another bread slice.

SERVING
5. Serve the sandwich with fruit juice.
