Ingredients
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked ham 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Buttered bread slice 2
Directions

Heat butter in small skillet over medium heat.
Blend egg, onion, green pepper, milk, ham, salt and pepper; pour into skillet.
Cook, stirring, to cook evenly.
Shape into flat round to fit bread while still moist.
Place between bread; serve hot.
