Bacon Club Sandwich
|Toasted bread slices||12|
|Relish sandwich spread||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken slice||4|
|Muenster cheese slice||4|
Saute bacon until crisp in skillet; drain.
Place 1 tomato, cucumber and bacon slice on each of 4 toast slices.
Cover each sandwich with bread slice.
Spread sandwich relish over tops of bread slices; arrange chicken and cheese on spread tops of bread.
Top with remaining bread.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts slightly.
Press wooden picks into sandwiches to serve; cut into quarters.
Garnish with olives and pick- les.
