Classic Denver Sandwich
|Cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Toasted bread slices||8|
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; remove from skillet.
Drain off excess fat.
Saute onion in pan drippings.
Combine onion and bacon in skillet.
Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper; add to bacon mixture.
Cook until eggs are set, but still moist.
Spread between toast slices for sandwiches.
