Favorite Pulled Beef Sandwich

This beef sandwich recipe easily finds way to the top of my favorite lists. It is always prepared with beef as the most essential ingredient. You should also try this.
Ingredients
  Beef blade steak 1 Pound
  Bbq sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1
  Hot pepper 1 , chopped
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baguette 1
Directions

Medium heat the skillet.
Add beef blade steak to the skillet.
Sear for a minute to each side.
Set aside the skillet.
Medium heat a pot.
Put beef in the pot.
Add BBQ sauce, salsa, onion, hot pepper, cumin, cilantro, and water to pot.
Stir the ingredients.
Bring them to boil, lower the heat.
Cover the pot, simmer for 2 hours until meat is tender.
Uncover the pot.
Bring it to boil.
Set aside the pot.
Pull the beef apart into small sizes with a fork.
Put it back to the pot.
Prepare baguette and slice it.
Toast it.
Serve beef and sauce over bread.
