Open Faced Fish Sandwich

Ingredients
  Fish/2 cans, 6-1/2 ozs. each, tuna 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Leftover)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (optional)
  Tartar sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Bread slice 8 , toasted
  Mild cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Skin, flake and debone dish

MAKING
2. Add celery, if desired and blend in enough tarter sauce to bind mixture together
3. Season with dill, salt and pepper
4. Thinly slice the tomatoes and dry each side on paper towels and
arrange on toast
5. Spread with fish mixture and sprinkle cheese on top
6. Broil four inches from heat source about 3 minutes, until cheese bubbles

SERVING
7. Can be served with a sauce of your choice
8. Can also be served with salads
