Seafood Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Vegetable soup mix 1 Ounce (Lipton, 1 Envelope)
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon (Fresh / Frozen)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Frozen crabmeat 12 Ounce, thawed and well drained (2 Packages Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Hard rolls 4
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a large bowl, and pour the vegetable soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, hot pepper sauce and pepper into the bowl and blend well.
2. Add the crab meat last and chill till completely cold

SERVING
3. Line the bread rolls with lettuce and fill with crab mixture before serving
