China Boy Sandwich
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced, cooked|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Water chestnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Frankfurter||4 , split and toasted|
1) In a large bowl mix soup, chicken, celery, water chestnuts, onion, and soy sauce.
2) On a flat surface arrange bun halves and spread the mixture evenly over it. Also cover the edges with it.
3) Broil for about 4 inches from heat until hot, about 7 minutes.
4) Serve immediately.
