Country Chicken Sandwiches
|Monosodium glutamate||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Buttered buns||1 Dozen|
Place chicken in large kettle.
Cover with boiling water; bring to a rapid boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 3 hours or until tender.
Drain; reserve broth.
Cut chicken from bones in small pieces.
Combine chicken, broth and seasonings in bowl; chill.
Drain chicken; fill buns.
Wrap in foil.
Bake at 300 degrees until heated through.
Yield: 12 sandwiches.
