Golden Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Sourdough bread slice 2 (French Variety)
  Jack cheese slice/Muenster cheese slice 1
  Canned green chilies 3
  Butter 2 Tablespoon (Or As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) Place the cheese slice on 1 slice of bread and place the chilies on another bread slice.
2) Put the bread slices together and apply butter on the outer surface of the sandwich.
3) In a skillet, fry the sandwich in butter, until cheese is melted.

SERVING
4) Serve the Golden Sandwich immediately on a serving plate.
