Tongue and Cheese Sandwiches with Cashews

Ingredients
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salted cashews 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Whole wheat bread slice 8
  Smoked beef tongue 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Lettuce 3 (as desired)
  Romaine leaves 3 (as desired)
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a mixture of Cheddar cheese with mayonnaise and salted cashews.
2. Spread the mixture atop 4 of the bread slices, top with a beef tongue and lettuce and cover with rest of the bread slices.

SERVING
3. Diagonally halve the sandwiches and serve with Falafel hot sauce.
