Tongue and Cheese Sandwiches with Cashews
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salted cashews||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Whole wheat bread slice||8|
|Smoked beef tongue||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Lettuce||3 (as desired)|
|Romaine leaves||3 (as desired)|
1. Prepare a mixture of Cheddar cheese with mayonnaise and salted cashews.
2. Spread the mixture atop 4 of the bread slices, top with a beef tongue and lettuce and cover with rest of the bread slices.
3. Diagonally halve the sandwiches and serve with Falafel hot sauce.
