Curried Salmon Sandwiches
|Canned salmon||1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked|
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine -as required||2 Tablespoon (as required)|
1. Prepare a mixture of salmon with mayonnaise, celery, relish, and curry powder.
2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and spread atop 6 bread slices
3. Cover with rest of the bread slices, dip in an egg-milk mixture seasoned with salt and pepper and cook on a heavy skillet in hot butter until both sides turn brown.
4. Serve Curried Salmon Sandwiches hot with tomato sauce.
