Sardine Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Canned sardines in oil 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Hard-cooked egg 1 , mashed
  Stuffed olives 6 , mashed
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Fresh lemon juice To Taste
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (To Spread)
  Light rye bread slice 8
Directions

MAKING
1.Crush sardines and make a mixture of egg, olives and crushed sardines.
2.Add a sprinkling of salt, paprika and lemon juice to the mixture.
3.Put mayonnaise sufficient to dampen the mixture.
4.Put the mixture on 4 slices and cover them with the rest 4 to make sardine sandwich.

SERVING
5.Serve in a plate.
