Ham Rabbit Sandwiches
|All-purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Powdered mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced cooked ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|English muffins||6 , split, toasted|
1. Blend flour with paprika and mustard in melted butter.
2. Mix in milk and stirring constantly, cook, to thicken the mixture.
3. Mix in ham along with cheese, season with salt and pepper and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot between and over the muffins.
