Classic Egg Salad Sandwiches
|Egg beaters||1 Cup (16 tbs), hard cooked and chopped|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat free mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat bread slice||12 (Divided)|
|Whole wheat bread slices||12 , divided|
|Tomato||1 Large, cut into thin slices|
|Tomato||1 Large, cut into 6 thin slices|
In small bowl, combine hard-cooked Egg Beaters, celery, onion and mayonnaise.
On each of 6 bread slices, place lettuce leaf and tomato slice; top each with about 1/4 cup egg salad and remaining bread slice.
