Ingredients
  Canned chunk white chicken 5 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Premium)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato slices 4
  Bread slices 4 , toasted
Directions

In small bowl, combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and pepper.
Arrange lettuce leaves and tomato slices on 2 bread slices.
Top with chicken mixture and remaining 2 bread slices.
