Lacy Oat Sandwich Wafers

Ingredients
  Butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Use No Substitutes)
  Quick-cooking oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate chips/Milk chocolate / vanilla / white chips 2 Cup (32 tbs), melted
Directions

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in the oats, sugar, flour, milk and corn syrup; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in apart onto foil-lined baking sheets.
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely; peel cookies off foil.
Spread melted chocolate on the bottom of half of the cookies; top with remaining cookies.
