Hot Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced diagonally (2 Small)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (1 Medium)
  Sliced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh thyme leaves/1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed 3⁄4 Teaspoon, snipped
  Turkey gravy 10 1⁄2 Ounce, 1 can
  Sliced cooked turkey 1⁄2 Pound
  Italian bread slice 4 , diagonally sliced
Directions

In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook carrots, onion, celery and thyme until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in gravy.
Heat to boiling.
Add turkey.
Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Divide turkey and gravy mixture evenly among bread slices.
