Meatball Sub Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Spaghetti sauce 28 Ounce (1 jar)
  Buns 12 , split
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1-in balls.
Place in a single layer in a 3 quart microwave-safe dish.
Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Turn meatballs; cook 5-6 minutes longer or until no longer pink.
Dram.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
Serve on buns.
Top with Parmesan cheese, onion and green peppers if desired.
