Grilled Cheese And Turkey Club Sandwich

Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slices 6 , toasted
  Mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Turkey breast 3 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato 1⁄2 Medium
  Bacon slices 4
  Monterey jack cheese 1 Ounce, thinly sliced
Directions

Spread 2 slices of toast with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise each, then top each with 1 1/2 ounces turkey and another slice of toast.
Top each sandwich with 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices, and 2 bacon slices and set aside.
On each remaining slice of toast arrange 1/2 ounce cheese; broil or bake in toaster oven until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
Top each sandwich with a slice of toast, cheese-side down.
Cut each sandwich diagonally in half making 2 triangles, then cut each half again, making 4 small triangles.
Insert a toothpick into each triangle.
