Hearty Baked Sandwiches
|Diced cooked chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed potato chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine chicken, celery, walnuts, onion, lemon juice, salt and mayonnaise.
Place bread on cookie sheet; toast on 1 side.
Turn bread; spread chicken mixture on untoasted side.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake for 12 minutes.
