Chicken sandwiches for me are an anytime treat. A yummy bite while shopping or rushing out and have no time to eat.This hearty baked sandwiches is a delicious sandwich, the very thought of it makes my mouth water
Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bread slice 4
  Crushed potato chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine chicken, celery, walnuts, onion, lemon juice, salt and mayonnaise.
Place bread on cookie sheet; toast on 1 side.
Turn bread; spread chicken mixture on untoasted side.
Sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake for 12 minutes.
