Savory Tuna Sandwich Filling
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can, 6 1/2 To 7 Ounce)|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||2 Tablespoon|
|Capers||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and relish and beat until smooth.
2. Add celery, capers and flaked tuna and mix well.
3. Store in the refrigerator until required.
4. Use this as a spread or filling for sandwiches. Add tomato and cucumber slices to the sandwiches if you like.
