Chicken Livers En Brochette Sandwich

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Bacon slices 4 , cut into 1-inch squares
  Cherry tomatoes 12
  Onions 2 Small, quartered
  Green pepper 1 , cut into large chunks
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  French rolls 4 , split and buttered
Directions

Thread livers, bacon, tomatoes, onions and peppers onto 4 skewers.
Combine chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce; brush onto liver bro-chettes.
Broil until bacon and livers are crispy and done.
Place a skewer in each roll; remove skewer.
Makes 4 servings.
