Ingredients
  Gourmet loaf 8 Ounce (1 Package, Eckrich Brand)
  English muffins 2 , split, toasted
  Tomato 1 Small, chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Small, diced
  Canned bean sprouts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Low calorie thousand island dressing 3 Tablespoon (Preferably Use Low Calorie)
  Olive slices 3 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)
Directions

MAKING
1) For each muffin half, fold the meat slices and place two on each muffin.
2) Mix the remaining ingredients, except cheese; divide evenly between the muffin halves.
3) Top each with a half a slice of cheese.
4) Broil until cheese is melted.

SERVING
5) Garnish with reserved olive slices and serve.
