|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded green cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dark rye bread loaf||1 (Unsliced)|
|Cooked turkey slice||6|
|Corned beef slice/Baked ham||6|
|Swiss cheese slice||12|
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion and lemon juice.
Add cabbage and toss to mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Slice bread lengthwise into 3 layers.
Butter bottom layer of bread.
Fold turkey slices in half and place on top.
Spread one half of the cabbage over turkey.
Fold 6 cheese slices in half and lay on top.
Place middle slice of bread on top; spread with butter.
Arrange corned beef slices, folded in half, on top; spread remaining cabbage over and top with 6 cheese slices folded in half.
Top with crust.
Slice and serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
