Ginger Tea Sandwiches
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Confectioners' sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Teaspoon (If Necessary)|
|Bread loaf||1 , thinly sliced (1 Loaf, Pumpkin Or Nut)|
|Candied ginger||1 Tablespoon, cut into thin slivers|
Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth, adding milk if needed to thin.
Spread on each bread slice; top with slivers of ginger to taste.
Cut into triangles and serve.
Makes 18 to 24 servings.
