Ginger Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Confectioners' sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Teaspoon (If Necessary)
  Bread loaf 1 , thinly sliced (1 Loaf, Pumpkin Or Nut)
  Candied ginger 1 Tablespoon, cut into thin slivers
Directions

Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth, adding milk if needed to thin.
Spread on each bread slice; top with slivers of ginger to taste.
Cut into triangles and serve.
Makes 18 to 24 servings.
