Open Face Tangy Sardine Sandwich

Ingredients
  Canned skinless boneless sardines 4 Ounce, drained
  Dill pickle 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Dijon-style mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Enriched white bread slice 1
  Iceberg lettuce/Romaine lettuce leaf 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Mash the sardines in a small bowl with the help of a fork.
2) Add the mayonnaise, pickle, mustard, onion and lemon juice. Mix well.
3) On the bread, spread the sardine mixture. Top with the lettuce leaf.

SERVING
4) Serve as preferred.
