Grilled Ahi Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ahi tuna steaks 16 Ounce (Four 4 Ounce Each Pieces)
  Non fat mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French bread rolls 4 (4 Inch Pieces)
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Tomato 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
2 In a small bowl, add the ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder and lemon juice.
3 Place the tuna in the grill and pour the ginger soy sauce over each piece.
4 Grill for 4-7 minutes, or as per your preference.

SERVING
5 On the French bread rolls, lightly spread the mayonnaise and layer with lettuce and tomato.
6 Place the grilled tuna on top and serve.
