Chuck Steak Sandwiches
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Chuck steak||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except steak.
2. Place the steak in a shallow pan and cover with mixture and let stand several hours, turning several times.
3. Preheat the grill
4. Place the meat on the grill over hot coals and cook to desired degree of doneness. Baste with sauce during cooking time.
5. Slice in very thin slices and place between cut halves of French bread.
