Open Face Ham And Cheese Sandwich
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Raisin bread slice||2|
|Reduced sodium ham||1 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Brie cheese||3⁄4 Ounce|
|Brie cheese||3⁄4 Ounce, rind removed|
|Strawberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
1. In a small bowl, mix mustard with honey.
2. On each bread slice, spread half of mustard mixture and top with half of the ham and cheese.
3. Take half of the strawberries and decoratively arrange on each slice of bread.
4. Diagonally cut each slice into half.
5. Serve immediately.
