Open Face Ham And Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisin bread slice 2
  Reduced sodium ham 1 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Brie cheese 3⁄4 Ounce
  Brie cheese 3⁄4 Ounce, rind removed
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, mix mustard with honey.
2. On each bread slice, spread half of mustard mixture and top with half of the ham and cheese.
3. Take half of the strawberries and decoratively arrange on each slice of bread.
4. Diagonally cut each slice into half.

SERVING
5. Serve immediately.
