Weight Watchers' Mix Ups
|Diet packed cling peach slices||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cream style cottage cheese||1 Pound (1 Carton)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat bread||12|
|Low calorie salad dressing||6 Teaspoon, whipped (Bottled)|
|Maraschino cherries||6 , halved|
1 In a cup,drain the syrup from the peaches.
2 Measure out 1 tablespoonful and blend into the cottage cheese and parsley in a small bowl.
3 Spread the bread with salad dressing, then spread each of the 6 slices with about 1/3 cup cheese mixture.
4 Top each with 2 peach slices and 2 cherry halves.
5 Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
6 Place each sandwich in a plastic bag, or wrap in a wax paper, foil or transparent wrap.
7 Serve as desired.
