Ingredients
  Smoked turkey 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Stilton cheese 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Lettuce/Watercress sprigs 1
  Whole wheat french bread slice 8 , lightly toasted and buttered
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Lay the bread slices on a falt surface.
2) Layer the turkey, cheese, and greens on top of 4 slices.
3) Cover with the remaining 4 plain slices. Makes 4 sandwiches.

FINALIZING
4) Serve with your favorite mustard.
