Ingredients
  Dijon style mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Sourdough bread slice 4
  Spinach leaves 4
  Broiled chicken 3⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Tomato 4 Tablespoon
  Marmalade 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Thinly slice broiled chicken.

MAKING
2) Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
3) Top with fresh spinach leaves and sliced broiled chicken.
4) Spread the Tomato Marmalade on top.

SERVING
5) Serve the 4 open-face sandwiches with additional mustard sauce on side.
