Rosy Broiled Chicken Sandwich
|Dijon style mustard||4 Teaspoon|
|Sourdough bread slice||4|
|Broiled chicken||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
1) Thinly slice broiled chicken.
2) Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
3) Top with fresh spinach leaves and sliced broiled chicken.
4) Spread the Tomato Marmalade on top.
5) Serve the 4 open-face sandwiches with additional mustard sauce on side.
