Curried Chicken Snack Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely diced
  Finely diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Finely chopped apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Peanuts 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pita bread rounds 6 , halved crosswise
  4 inch pita bread/14 party rye bread slices / melba toast slices 6 , halved crosswise
  Apple slices 4 (For Garnish Curry Powder - 1 Teaspoon)
  Party rye bread/Melba-toast slices 14
Directions

MAKING
1 In a medium bowl, combine chicken, apple, raisins, celery, green onion and peanuts.
2 In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt and curry powder.
3 Combine chicken mixture and mayonnaise mixture.
4 Toss lightly to mix well.
5 Spoon filling into pita-bread halves or spread on party rye bread or Melba toast.
6 Place in a circle on a round 12-inch microwave platter.
7 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) 2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until filling is heated through.
8 Give platter a half turn after 1-1/2 minutes.

SERVING
9 Garnish with apple slices.
