|Corned beef||1⁄2 Pound, shredded / chopped|
|Canned sauerkraut||16 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rye bread||1 (Snack Style)|
1. In slow cooker mix all ingredients except bread and Thousand Island dressing well.
2. Cover and cook on High 1-2 hours until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Turn the cooker heat to Low and keep warm while serving.
4. To serve coat bread slices with the spread and top individual servings with Thousand Island dressing, if desired.
