Reuben Spread

Ingredients
  Corned beef 1⁄2 Pound, shredded / chopped
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)
  Shredded swiss cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rye bread 1 (Snack Style)
Directions

MAKING
1. In slow cooker mix all ingredients except bread and Thousand Island dressing well.
2. Cover and cook on High 1-2 hours until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Turn the cooker heat to Low and keep warm while serving.

SERVING
4. To serve coat bread slices with the spread and top individual servings with Thousand Island dressing, if desired.
