Reuben On Rye Bread Sandwich

Ingredients
  Canned sauerkraut 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Corned beef brisket 1 Pound, sliced
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Rye bread slices 12 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Sandwich spread/Thousand island dressing 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Through a sieve, drain sauerkraut. Place on towels until very day.
2) In a slow cooker arrange sauerkraut.
3) Place a layer of corned beef slices over sauerkraut.
4) Put a layer of top cheese slices on top.
5) Cook covered on low 3-4 hours.

FINALIZING
6) Toast bread.
7) Spread sandwich spread or dressing generously on it.
8) Mound ingredients from slow cooker onto toasted bread in layers of sauerkraut, meat, and cheese.

SERVING
9) Serve immediately.
