Party Ham Sandwiches
|Plain non fat yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh chives||3 Teaspoon|
|Dill mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Party rye loaf/Pumpernickel bread||1|
|Leaf lettuce||1 , washed, torn and well drained|
|Lower salt ham nugget||1 3⁄4 Pound, shaved|
|Cucumber||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Cherry tomatoes||12 , cut in half|
1. In small bowl mix yogurt, chives and mustard.
2. On serving tray place the bread slices spreading evenly with yogurt mixture.
3. On top of each bread slice, place lettuce, ham, cucumber slice and tomato half.
4. Over the serving tray garnish with lettuce and green onions, if desired.
