Blue Cheese and Watercress Sandwich
|Butter/Mayonnaise / mustard butter||2 Ounce|
|Blue cheese||7 Ounce (200 Gram)|
|Watercress sprig||20 , broken|
1. Coat the bread evenly with the butter, a thin layer of mayonnaise, or mustard butter.
2. With the cheese cover half the slices of bread generously and then lay the sprigs of watercress on top.
3. Press the other slices of bread on top.
4. Trimming off the crusts cut into squares or triangles.
