Turkey Sandwich with Pepper Chutney

Ingredients
  Yellow bell pepper 4
  Ambrosia apple 1
  Vanilla bean 1 , slit and seeded
  Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baguette 1
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Smoked turkey breast 1 , sliced thinly
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all ingredients (except for baguette, turkey breast, cheese) in a small pot and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Chill and put in a sealed container. This will keep in the fridge for 1 week. (It can be served warm or cold.)

SERVING
4. Layer turkey breast, cheese and chutney on the baguette. Enjoy.
